Check-in/Check-out times

Check-in is between 2 pm and 7 pm.
In case you will not be able to make it to the hostel before 7 pm, give us a quick notice via phone call/whatsapp message/email, and we will send you all the self-check-in information.

Check-out is until 11am. 

Luggage storage

You can store your luggage before your check-in or after your check-out.
Just ask our staff for the directions to our storage room.

Bed Linen are included

Towels 

All single and double rooms come with towels. Only guests in multi-bed rooms (dorm) need towels, if they didn't bring their own. You can get a shower towel for 1,50 € at the reception.

Breakfast

Breakfast can be booked on site for € 12,- per day, per person. We offer a continental breakfast with sausage, cheese, egg, fruit juice and cereals. Breakfast time is from 7:30 to 10:00 am.

Room cleaning  

The rooms in the hostel receive a daily needs check. For a careful and compatible use of resources, we avoid a daily complete cleaning with chemicals. We remove the rubbish and, of course, perform a thorough cleaning upon departure.

For the environment's sake, we change the towels every 5 days. If you need a fresh towel sooner, please feel free to request one at the front desk.

Prices

Prices are per person per night (incl. VAT). Prices don’t include the city tax of 2,70 EURO per person/night. To pay on arrival (in EURO).

Cancellation 

Cancellations of individual room reservations no cancellation fees will be charged 48 hours before arrival.  After this period we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the first night. If a "non-refundable rate" is booked, the host will not refund any money. 

Payment options

You can pay in cash, with PayPal or any of the major credit cards (but just so you know, American Express isn't one of them). 

On-site parking

We have enough parking space available for all our guests. There is also a small motorcycle shed for guests.

Public Transportation - Year 2025

At check-in, you will receive the digital guest card. With the Resi app, you can use public transportation (all S-Bahn lines throughout Carinthia and as far as Lienz in East Tyrol as well as the REX regional express and all bike sprinter offers -photo ID required-) for free.

Wifi

to do a wash

A washing machine is available on the ground floor. For just € 3,- you can do your laundry there (detergent included). Please rely on the sun for drying to save resources. If that's not possible, the dryer costs an additional € 3,-.

pets

Dogs are warmly welcome in our single or double rooms! For a one-night stay, we charge a cleaning fee of €5. For stays of two nights or more, the fee is €10 once.
